Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only inc. N. Ireland).

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping method & delivery times All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 h. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping cost We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.You can track your item at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Delays During busy periods (such as Christmas or sale events), delivery times may be longer than usual. Royal Mail service disruptions may also affect delivery. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

Missing or lost parcels If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at undertrodden@gmail.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
