Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide excellent service and products, and we hope you are not dissatisfied with any of our items or service. But if you are unhappy, please get in touch.

Returns Process

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send an initial request via email. You will receive a returns reference number and further instructions.

We will refund or credit your account once the items have been delivered to us in the condition that they were sent out.

Return Window

We will accept requests for returns for 14 days following your order and payment date. After this date, it is at our discretion to decline a full refund.

Return Shipping

In order for us to keep prices low and deliver for free, you are responsible for the postage cost of your returns. We recommend them to be sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery.

We are not responsible for any failed returns or damaged goods. This needs to be taken up with the delivery provider.

Return Reference and Information

Please enclose a Return Reference Number, full name, address, and contact details in returned parcels and any future correspondence.

Refund Processing

Refund requests will be replied to within 2 working days (if not before).

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, refunds will be processed within 1 week. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank's processing time or other banking delays.

Other Issues, Problems, or Complaints

We will make every attempt to rectify any problems you have. The first mode of contact is via email, please, with 'complaint/return' in the subject title.

We will reply within 2 business days after receiving your email, but of course will attempt to answer and rectify any issues sooner.
